Billy Schreiber is the founder and man behind Bissell Street PR. With decades of real world public relations and marketing experience working with an array of national and local B2B and consumer product clients, Billy founded the company in 1999 and currently serves as the company’s president.

For nearly 20 years, Bissell Street has shared its public relations and marketing expertise with restaurants, foodservice companies and baking industry leaders including, Jones Dairy Farm, Oasis Mediterranean Cuisine, La Brea Bakery, Sunshine Burger, Bays English Muffins and more. Specialties include trade & consumer media relations, new product introductions, recipe contests, press release development, and media tour coordination. In 2013, Billy was elected to the Board of Directors of the International Foodservice Editorial Council (IFEC) and in 2014 was elected as an officer. In 2017, Billy was honored with The Betty Bastion Outstanding Service Award, presented annually to an IFEC member who has provided extraordinary service to IFEC and the foodservice industry.

Beyond the food world, Bissell Street has years of experience and success supporting product suppliers in the promotional products industry. They have attended dozens of industry trade shows and events on behalf of clients and remain in constant contact with the editors of the leading promotional products trade publications. Promo Marketing magazine featured Billy in an article entitled, “Marketing Made Easy: Practical and tactical marketing tips that have stood the test of time.”

A resident of Chicago and a native of Cleveland, Ohio, Billy is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and remains a committed Badger sports fan. Billy recently served on the Board of Directors of the Giving Rocks Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit charitable organization that raises money to help fund medical research for Langerhan’s Cell Histiocytosis, pediatric cancer and blood diseases.
